• At this job, I was responsible for evaluating transcripts and accepting or denying student applications for the university. This job required us to work individually and as a team to process large amounts of information for incoming students. I became familiar with several processing programs along with basic computer functions such as Excel and Microsoft word. This job also challenged us to form great phone and customer service skills as we worked with potential students and their parents on securing a spot at the university.
