This project was completed over the summer of 2019. I began tracking my mental wellness and creating my workout routine at the beginning of August 2019 and then after 4 weeks of not working out, I began my program. Once the program was started I took the the general mental wellness survey once a week throughout the program. This allowed me to track the affect that working out had on my mental health.

In the end, the project allowed me to conclude that being physically fit does indeed have an affect on our mood and mental health. During my time completing the project, I was able to watch my mental health scores rise and fall depending on consistency of my physical activity. It was much higher while partaking in physical activities.
